Hey guys, I just looked in to my 'Staff' userlist in the Usergroups page, and it appears as if somebody has somehow 'hacked' there way into the usergroup to gain access to the staff area. I now believe this may be the source of my problem, which yet again is, not be in able to create new threads in ...

Thanks guys, I will try those when I get back home.

I think it may be based on a Permissions mod I atttempted to install.

All the permissions are correct, if it was that simple life would be great :)

The reason I think it is something more, is also down to the error message:

On my forum, I have recently come across an error in which the Staff Usergroup can not make new threads in my staff board, me (admin) included. Staff users can make submit replies to old threads, but not create new one's. When I attempt to create a new thread I get the following message: Sorry, but ...

As for PHPbb styles I am having this problem: I have just freshly installed 2.0.20 and added a new custom made theme into the templates folder, great! Although when I go to my installation, the above mentioned style does not show in the 'Add' list for available styles? Why is this, it is preventing ...
