Ability to post links after X amount of years.

This doesn't really affect me much, but there are users on Ozzu who have being with Ozzu for 5 years but still don't meet the post requirement to post links here. Brought me to wonder if adding a time requirement that over-rules the post requirement that allows them to post links would be beneficial...

Yeah I understand. I think any system I put in place is not perfect, I may simply make the rules less restrictive in the future which would have probably made it so your example poster would have been fine.
