are you saying that you want to open your own forum then? go ahead!
it's free for the script, all you need is a host to support what the script

Perhaps you should detail what you want this "netfree" board to be about. I'm assuming that you are refering, perhaps, to GNU open source software that people can play around with. If that's the case, I would be interested in a board dedicated to that, and I think perhaps, OZZU might consider opening up such a board (I don't know that for a fact without the input of the owner and mods - just guessing there).

I think that kind of a board would be of interest to all of us designers.

I second the motion. I have a few good resourses for Open Source software, but it's always hard to find good resources - especially those someone has experience with.
