I didn't want to bother you guys with this but,

My account cjxxi was banned at ozzu.

I don't really know why and who.

and I contacted you guys several times but i got no replay, I know you may be don't have time for this, but I don't think it is fair just to banne and account without any previous notice. or anything,

this is the message I get

It doesn't look like you were banned.
If you do a user search for your name you will see you don't have "banned" by your name, which im sure is what usually happens when a user is banned..

It looks like your account had just become inactive for some reason. Maybe you had changed some user info in your profile and haven't clicked the activation link that was sent after the changes wee made.

That might be a reason. thanks, :iconthumbleft:

however it been like almost a year already since I can't use my account,

but when I contacted the forum's admin, I got no replay and if anyone can help me get my account back that would be really appreciated.

I think I did update my info, but nothing arrived to my e-mail.

Your account isn't banned, it's simply inactive. This could have occurred if you changed your email address on the old account. Changing your email address temporarily inactiveates your account and you should have been instructed to check the new email for an account activation link. I'm sending you a PM of the email address we have on record for your old account. If it is no longer a working email address let us know.

In regards to the contact form, not sure what happened there. That should have gone to Bigweb directly.

yeah, that e-mail is correct. But i didn't receive any confirmation e-mail.

I was waiting for it.

Is there any way you guys can send me another confirmation e-mail or just validate my account some how?

I remember I updated my profile a couple of times, the first time I got the confirmation e-mail, but then I didn't receive anything.

Yes please use the contact link above and use the email address on your old account. I will verify your account through that and re-activate it for you.
