There is category for Operating Systems & Hardware
Also,add new sub-category for software problems in this category. So, users can place problem regarding various software that does'nt fit in others.

Questions regarding software, specific to an Operating System, should be placed into *that* particular forum. (Windows/*Nix). Install and useability is similar across the various forms of Windows; likewise with the different *nixes.

Too many forums would dilute the category and we believe, make it far less effective.
