Another Read Tracking glitch?

I've noticed this a lot when it comes to replies on global annoucements.

A moment ago there was a reply to the looking for members to help ozzu.
There was also an unread post in the test forum.
On the main index page, the Announcements forum did not indicate any unread posts.
When I entered the test forum, could see the Global Announcement reply was unread.
After reading Bigweb's test post first, I went back to the test forum.
The global announcement reply showed as being read even though I hadn't yet.

That could definitely coincide with the one I chased for a bit a while back. It always seemed to revolve around global topics, but I never could pin it down. The unintentional marked as read thing would explain that.
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

This one may be a known bug that was just fixed in August:

So when I upgrade the board again that should be resolved. I am not sure I will install their latest RC release though, I will wait for the next stable release.
