Is my avatar okay?

I thought I'd ask before I start posting. I checked the sites TOS and I see that the administrator is concerned with federal law. I don't think my avatar breaks any federal laws. Still, let me know if it's okay.

Tried posting a copy of the TOS but I was BLOCKED:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1245184 bytes) in /home/ozzu/public_html/includes/utf/data/utf_compatibility_decomp.php on line 2

No. It's not okay with me and i'm fairly sure the rest of the moderators will agree.

We have people of all ages on this site visiting with a large number visiting the site while at work. While the image doesn't show anything it is unnecessary on a forum for webmasters which is frequented by alot of younger people not to mention the many females that visit the site who might find that image as being disrespectful to them.

That problem is hopefully fixed now.
