Make sure "SITE REVIEW" is,
  1. All uppercase letters
  2. Spelled correctly
  3. Followed by a colon ":", then a single space

Feel free to post what you're trying to use here, maybe someone can spot something.

Maybe it is because your reviews are more like passing comments ... there's no substance to them:

Nice domain..unique but related..

Why are you using tinyurl? You are wasting a back link.. anyway, change your header.. there is a big space under your title..

Overall design is good but the text size is so small...

I usually type more than all of that put together for one review ... :|

I just copied/pasted the first one you've got there & created a new thread as expected.

Bigwebmaster should be able to shed some light on what's happening when he sees this thread. I really don't don't what could be happening.

The most likely case is he deleted the space after site review, another guy had that problem before and it was because they were modified the prefilled in part. Simply put the cursor at the end of the prefilled part and type your title there. Do not remove any spaces, do not change any of the text that is already there.
