How come 6.90Kb won't be accepted when the limit says 7Kb for the avatar?

7 KB is actually 7168 bytes. The reason your avatar will not upload is because the limit is actually 7000 bytes. Your avatar is 6.90 KB which is the same as 7065.6 bytes. That would be 65.6 bytes over the limit.

Anyway I just changed the limit to 7168 bytes which should make it a true 7 KB.
