I think he his talking about the CSS as in Cascading Style Sheets. The reason I think BWM didnt put one in was because theres not enough posts regarding it.

For the record, suzie, I blieve a tutorials section is still on Bigweb's agenda, but I have no idea at the moment what form it will take. Getting the light theme is the first priority.
