For a long time now I've been using Firefox with no problems, but yesterday I could not get into ozzu, I was getting a 400 bad request page. I tried again today, and got the same thing. Strangely, if I use ie I get in, hence my post.

Are there issues anyone knows about or can help me, as I much prefer using FF.

cheers

Try clearing the cache in FF. There were times that it was down yesterday and the day before. You may be seeing a cached copy of the site from when it was down.

I found the cause.. It seems that a bad cookie was passed yesterday or some time during the week.

Grabbed a screenshot. Clearing cookies in Firefox cured the problem. Last night (forgot to hit post.. DUH!) a restart of the fox did the trick, but today was a permanent error until clearing cookies. Hope that helps some.

Makes sense with Read Tracking being cookie-based for the week.
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

Yeah the problem is due to the fact I change the read tracking to cookie based. I lowered the max number of tracked topics to try and keep the cookie sizes down so that this won't happen anymore. The problem was occurring because the cookies were getting too big. If you still have this problem the way to fix it is to delete your cookie(s) for ozzu.

*side note. after deleting cookies you'll have to log in again.

Cleared the cache of my ozzu cookie and I can get in the site now as normal.

Great.

Thanks
