PM doesnt work

Hi I have tried to send a private message to a fellow member but the message just stays in my outbox. can you fix the pm please

its in the outbox because its a sent message.
I think it stays there untill the person has read it, then it gets put in the "sentbox".

oh really.. wow i never realized thats how the pm for phbb works. you can kinda tell when someone has read your message.
