Expand Flash forums description to include Flex

I think this would be better than having Flex questions finding their way into General/Design/Programming.

Actually, now that I think of it, perhaps the forum itself could be better renamed to Flash/Flex/ActionScript Forum?

I've been looking to find time to write some Flex tutorials, so I'm assuming the Flash forum is where they'd go.

Along those lines consider expanding the description of the Programming forum to include AJAX and Adobe AIR
