try clearing history and cache. You may have cached the pm page at an error point...

Can you tell me the exact steps you are taking to PM. I will look into it and will look if any errors show up in the error logs. When did you last try? Can you try again so an error is produced?

i figured out what it is but my o.s is being stupid when i reboot or log off it resets my internet explorer to proxy server,i have to go to tools, connection, click earthlink and click setting then uncheck the proxy setting box,but it wont stay unchecked it resets itself when i log off.and it sets up sometimes when im online when i would leave the ozzu main page to go to a pm it would set off the proxy server thing again ,it must be a glitch with earthlink or my explorer, its not ozzu.
//when i pm.. i hit the reply button from the pm and it was takeing me to error page

I've hear a lot of complaints about earthlink. Hope you can get it fixed up.

Thanks for letting me know. I had looked through the error logs and found no errors from you, so the error you are seeing must be from the proxy server like you were mentioning.
