How do i post a link with Anchored text in here?

I have tried to post a link using anchored text, but the only way it seems to work is if i type in the URL.
I have tried the code Ozzu gives when you hover over the code, but also the <ahref, and it still doesn't work.

Can anyone pass me the code?

I have tried this, but if you look at my signature now, i have ticked off the 'disable bbcode' and when i submit my signature, it ticks the box again. I must be doing something wrong!

Weird, I am not sure, I resubmitted it for you and it went through fine so it looks fixed now.
