There is no point at all.

If you want a laught then do a google search and type in "jokes" or you could just visit the "Post a joke" thread in the "Posting Games" forum.

You are allowed to upload pictures providing they are following the Ozzu Rules...

Inline Images

Well, whatever, this is pointless unless you call this humor?

In my opinion I don't see a single point in making a Humor Forum not only because we have Jokes section on games forums but also because games is considered as Humor or for humor? Laugh at jokes in games forum.
