It just seems a little unnecessary to require all titles to have that in their name. Since its the same in every topic and you already know its a job, shouldnt it just be left out.

Or perhaps make it either:

Volunteer: (volunteer position)
Task: (a basic job that is only needed once. Example would be code fixes, Building files, etc...)
Job: (full time job. Example webmaster, file uploader, etc...)

What does anyone else think?

It's there primarily for the search results, just like "SITE REVIEW:" in the website reviews area :)

But wouldnt the search engine catch the phrase from where it tells you what section your in?

A lot of people generally skip by looking at the categories and just look at the topic titles in the search results.

Right, but job offers may turn up in the results when people AREN'T searching for job offers, but solutions to a problem. :)
