Just to inform its no problem

My avator was gone after the profile upgradation for new fields. Now its OK after uploading again so no problem at all. It seems that it happened for those who have changed avator after upgradation of phpbb to 2.0.19.

Hmm I am not sure what would have caused that, but it sounds like everything is working fine now. Let me know if you have anymore problems with your avatar.
