Is there a "user xxx last posted on xx/xx/xx at xxx o'clock" feature?

I've observed a last-seen mod in use with phpBB before, & wondered about this myself, but on the other hand, I'm not sure I want people to know when I'm here or not, because it seems like the more I help out, the more random PM's I get begging for quick help. I'm afraid if people can easily see I'm active, then this will increase.
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

It is the moderator staff's policy not to answer questions in PM's. It should be no different for members. A simple and effective answer is:
