Lock Job offers which are older than 2 months.

There seem to be a group of members here who are either naive, blind or stupid.

Most job offers on these forums are filled within a week. Yet a small group of members dig into the archives and pull out threads which are several months old. This knocks valid job offer's down the board.

I suggest the following solutions.
a) Create a script which will automatically close these threads. It shouldn't be very difficult.
b) Have moderators close the thread if the job opportunity is closed or hasn't been replied to within a couple of weeks from opening it.

Sounds like a great idea, I will add it to the list of things to do.

Yes That's very good, The script would be a better option, As moderators already have a lot to do.
