Yes, I agree. Main Menu is not very visible.
I think "You are Here" is not required. Bread crumb can go without it.
In place of that Main Menu can be placed. thats enough.
and it will save extra bright color.

How about making the menu close at mouseout? Maybe make it open and close on hover too... what do you guys think about that?

Thought about it and tried to do something quick for it, but its actually alot more complicated than you think due to the fact there there are many layers to the menu. I know its possible, but will require more work on my end to get that to work.
