Some threads (No the actual threads but links to them in forum topics) are messed up (especially in comments / suggestions). There are sections which are different size then the others, and the posts are below the right navigation.

That shouldn't be happening at all.
What browser are you using. Are you using any custom CSS?
Can you post a couple screen shots of what you're talking about?

Does that mean that every IE user has the inconvenience of the forum being messed up? (I'm not whining. Only school computers have IE and I can't do anything about it).

No, i've found quite a number of users on Ozzu prefer other browsers such as Firefox to IE. You shouldn't be having problems with the site when in IE.

Could you post some screen dumps?
