Moderator CP broken in FF

Noticed when merging a post earlier the moderator CP is a little whacked in FF

I noticed it ages ago but failed to mention it because i just assumed it was a dark theme issue. I would have mentioned it to you BWM but you would have probably hated me for giving you a list so big. Instead i will do it in phases 
Now, i have to recreate this before Bigwebmaster sees this so i can see if he even thought about the dark theme when fixing it for the light theme

OK. I just confirmed that it is not a glitch. It just happened again and I was able to reproduce it.
It appears to happen ONLY when there is a Reported Post in the topic and happens when you try to split or merge a post.
If you view my test post in FF and try to split it you should see the glitch.
