new check mark icons

I would realy like to see different icons for the and
very hard sometimes to distinguish what has been read whathas been closed etc etc... anyone else second that for me? third? lol

i think this is gonna fall into the discussion we've had a few times of
offering more than 1 theme for the board. Am I right bigweb?

Well I don't mind the red and blue checks, its very easy to for me what has been read or not. However there are some folders that are marked "popular" because so many people post to it. Anyway that folder almost looks like that red one (a bit softer), but that one could be confusing, and should be changed.

that and if a topic has been locked it is a bit hard to tell... nott hat there are that many locked topics

Okay I took your suggestion and made some changes. There is now a new lock icon. Also if a thread is hot it is no longer red which is very hard to tell from simply a new post. What happens now is that if its hot and you have read all the posts in that thread, it will then be a blue check and there will be animated flames on it (implying its hot). If there is a new post in a hot thread then the check mark will simply be red with animated flames in it

i think they're all awesome! those little icons make a HUGE DIFFERENCE
all over the site. Makes it so much easier to tell what's what with posts
