How about a forum where people could talk about web servers, FTPs, etc. I know I could do with one...

Those subjects can be discussed in either the Windows, or the Linux boards. In fact, I'm fairly certain that was the original purpose of those boards. Hardware subjects related to servers can be discussed in the hardware board.
