Not sure where to post - Need Moderators Advice

I am getting ready to launch my free membership program that includes several Free on-page / Off-page marketing advantages for members (Such as IBL campaigns, RSS Syndication, Newsletter Ads, Article submissions, Link directory submission, etc..).

You don't seem to have a marketplace nor a section for Freebies.... Where should I post it?

A good rule of thumb is that if you can't find a place to post it, you probably shouldn't post it.

Post it where you think it should go, it will get moved as needed.

Thanks, Will do.. I suppose general would be the best seeing that it's free & marketing related... doesn't really fit with any one engine......
