make the default number of posts per page 80 or 100

im getting tired of clicking "next" or "previous"

Then you'd have people who aren't on broadband complaining the pages take too long to load.

At the bottom of each page is a sort option. The default is All Topics or All Posts. You could sort it for One Day or One week, if you wanted to eliminate the extra pages. Also, each topic thread has the option to reverse the sort order from Newest to Oldest. That brings the most current posts to the first page.

In other words, don't expect this to materialize since the tools are already in place.

Isnt there a hack that allows users to choose how many posts etc in there profile like the IB board?

What is it set to now? Something like 15?

Personally I agree that upping the number of posts per page would be a good idea, but not to a number that high. I would suggest 25-30.
