Opera login problem

Whenever I log in with Opera I find myself logged out if I try to enter any forum (such as Web Design, for example). I can however reply to a headline story if I desrired.

I'm posting this with IE since Oppie refuses to let create or reply to a Suggestion/Comments thread. Any particular reason why I'm being logged out after entering any forum?

I can't seen to get it to log me out. :scratchhead:

Opera/9.51 (X11; Linux i686; U; en)
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

Maybe you two should compromise. Have you tried clearing all of the cookies for ozzu?

Let me rephrase that, I can't get it to log me out unless I use the logout link.

Deleting cookies didn't help. I deleted everything else that a browser accumulates too. No joy with that either.

Since other users don't seem to have a problem, it is likely something I have done in the browsers settings. Then again...

Hmm I have no idea. I just tried logging in with Opera (Windows XP) and had no problems browsing any page. It stayed logged in the entire time. I did check the box to keep me logged in. After shutting down the browser completely I cam back and I was still logged in, everything seemed to work fine.

Unless I can duplicate the problem there is not much I can do. Have you tried on another computer to see if you still have the problem there? Other than that I would just check your Opera settings like you mentioned.

Either another computer on the same browser or a different browser on the same computer.

By the way, make sure you are allowing cookies from ozzu.com and not blocking it.

Clever boy Bogey. It seems I was blocking all cookies from Ozzu. Problem solved. Thanks for that.

Funny that this problem only manifested itself with the recent layout changes. I'm pretty sure I've been blcoking Ozzu cookies for a good while now (no offence BigWeb, since I have no beef with your cookies, it's just a habit of mine that backfires now and again).
