Over-sized signature?

I'm seeing this sig. of kc0tma for a while and I'm using my laptop. Are you all seeing this oversize image too?

It should be a single image of no more than 100px high, 468px wide and 8KB and the member's sig seems to be 600x100?
Normally AT/NO is *red hot* on the rules so maybe your over excited...haahahaha

I'm not as quick to spot oversized signature images as I used to be. I used a 1024x768 resolution for ages but since moving to a larger screen and 1280x960 resolution some time ago the wide images just don't stand out like they used to.
I rely on everyones reports for the most part.
