It's my understanding that the post icons such as "PHP" and "Cool!" are restricted for use by gold members only. However, the OP of this thread managed to put one on his:

programming-forum/application-quit-working-off-localhost-t88720.html

(unless a moderator stuck it on later, in which case, nevermind).

But it got me thinking, at least in the programming forum, it might be helpful to allow standard members to use just the programming post icons so that others can more easily scan though the topics to answer questions that they have experience with.

I added it when I split the post from another topic.
The restrictions on them slipped my mind.
