maybe there cud b a forum that a moderator wud produce a source image and then people cud practice a serve. so they dont have the presure of a tennis match? and then people cud tell then how to improve it?

We have those from time to time in the competitions board (not just the tennis matches). You could try a few of the ones we've already have, and stay tuned for more in the future.
