How do you keep track of how many GOOD reviews someone makes?

All the mods have editing and moderating priveledges there and we all read them.

It's not perfect. But we do pretty well with it for now.

It isn't too hard when you notice the person asking for the review only has a post count of 4 (which in a lot of cases they do).

Well, to the best of my recollection, they can't even post for a review until they have reviewed three. I believe Bigwebmaster set it up that way. After that, it's just a matter of checking any new review requests in their profile to see if the quality of their reviews meets the criteria, and that can only be done by reading and making a decision.
