There is one, it's called Your Signature.

I kinda would like a forum for that though, almost like shooting fish in a barrel if you know what I mean.

Really? I belong to another forum I wont mention the name but they have one and it seems to be fine, I have used a few services and have offered a few in return. But I could see where it could get out of hand and more work for mod's.
But that was just my .02
