One thing I've grown to like about the next version of phpBB is the splitting of abilities.

One ability which is assignable to anyone that really stands out to me is moving topics.

No matter if Ozzu plans to migrate to phpBB3 or not, is putting the ability to move topics from forum to forum in every members hands somthing that could happen here at Ozzu ?

The only downfall I've been able to think of when it comes to this would be a single member, or handfull of members going a-wall & just moving things all over the place.
But when everyone on the board can move things around, the effects of such a scenario should be short lived.
