Total Statistics Overview

would the statistics part on the index be made some way to be able to see all the past months/weeks statistics that ozzu has been running for? or would that just be an annoying pain to make/run?

Not sure I understand what you are asking for. Doesn't the Board Statistics link at the bottom left of the forum already do that?

what i'm saying is that statistics in the "Board Statistics" would include more than this week/month's statictics and a user would be able to check them out from previous week/month

I see. Like a view prior weeks, or view prior months. To my knowledge a MOD doesn't currently exist for the Statistics hack, so it would have to be custom written.
