Trackerlinks in Ozzu

I've been around here for a few days now, first of all just want to say that I think this seems like a great forum and everything...
But there's one thing though. I've noticed that all links included in signatures look like this:
Judging by the url I would say it's some kind of counter script (am I smart or what...), but I would like to know what kind of information that is stored. Does is just add 1 to a counter, does it store the link, is my user name stored along with the url and a counter, etc?
I'm not paranoid or anything, I just feel that the users should know what is stored.

is their a place to see how many times its clicked? or is it just for you.

you sure, ur site was in reviews, and well, it doesnt show up on the log.

I see two numbers, are they raw then unique?
