What about a forum specifically for doing general administration on web servers (apache and IIS)? It seems like there are usually at least a few web server related threads in the programming/scripting forum and elsewhere, and every once in a while a question pops up in the microsoft and linux forums. It might be kind of nice to have an area just for apache and IIS, and maybe the lamp or xammp type stuff.
Like Mr Spork, I also write about my interest in alcoholic beverages.

This comes up quite often. Those questions would default to the type of server you're running instead. So if you're running Apache on Windows, post there. If on Linux, post there.

All in all, there really hasn't been enough demand for it, so to speak.
