You have forums for web browers, scripting languages, but nothing for web servers. How about some sections for IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.?

I'm like this one... Could be handy for those learning about the actual server softwares themselves (and their various add-ons).

We used to have those sections a long time ago. There were not enough posts to keep them alive and that is why we broke them down in more generalized areas which are:

Windows Forum
Linux Forum
Website Hosting Forum
Ozzu Hosting - Want your website on a fast server like Ozzu?

I can see how it would be a difficult choice. Was it individual forums per web server, or one large one? Maybe a single forum would do...

I do have an idea for this. In the Operating System Category, a "Servers - General" board would give a place to lump server-specific posts and could encompass any server OS. Could be "Windows, Linux, Unix, Novell, etc server and OS related posts" as a description. Many of us do operate our own servers and it still incorporates the Webmaster theme of the place since we depend on our servers to keep our sites running.

Just throwing out some thoughts here....

ATNO, best idea yet. :-)

How about "Other" under Operating Systems? It implies all operating systems; not just servers.
