It's probably not an Apache problem, I think it is more likely to be a problem with the script you are using to process your orders. Can you give us more details of the software being used and the exact nature of your problem?

I am currently using a in house shopping cart. It seems when customer purchase one of our product he or she gets charge three or more things. It does not happen all the time but just periodically.

It's possible that it's a problem with your shopping cart. Did you purchase one or program one? I think we can safely rule Apache out as the cause of the problem.

Are you sure your customers aren't using the cart incorrectly and adding more than one order? You should probably check with the people placing the orders to see what they did. I'm inclined to believe it's the customers since it works most of the time.

We need more info to help you...

ya, definitely not an apache problem.
I agree with Casey, sounds like the customers don't know what they're doing.
You might want to think about re-vamping the user interface. If customers are getting confused fairly often, it may be there is a good reason for it.
Try going through and making your shopping cart front a bit more user friendly.
