PC-BSD Issues

Hello,
I downloaded VMPlayer to play PC-BSD's virtual image version. I was able to install the player, restarted the PC and loaded PC-BSD image.
First thing I did was to change the time as it was out-of-sync. I double clicked on it and it was asking for a root password.
I didn't set any passwords before and that was the first time I ever opened PC-BSD.

Is there a way where I can reset the root password or change it?

Please help
