RAID configuration sun solaris

I am a problem configuring my Sun E250 Server with RAID

jutilise command "raidctl" as I was able to read it but my problem is the following message:
"Controller device can not be found".

I was already configured for RAID before I reinstall

Do you know if I have to configure anything before the RAID set?
