I set up one of my boxes a while back to be duel boot.
As the windows instalation was on there first and with a lot of files it didnt leave much room for linux, Now i only have 700 mb left on my linux partition..

What i am wanting to do is delete the windows partition and give that space to the linux partition..

Anyone know how i would go about that?

qtparted.
partition magic.
another partition editor.

i haven't had particularly good luck with qtparted aside from creating partitions. resizing my windows partition corrupted it but it may have better luck resizing a linux partition? i believe partition magic cannot read ext3, only ext2 so if you're using an ext3fs for your linux partition you'd have to temporarily convert it to ext2 to resize it. those are the only ones i've tried.

mm..only problem with partition magic, its made for windows. lol
qtparted is made for linux. it also comes on some linux bootables

could just delete windows and partition it to fat32 or whatever file system you want that linux can read and write to and have it mount on boot
