DIal-up as a normal user

I want to know how to connect to the internet using dial-up but without being logged in as root.

USE CHMOD AND CHANGE THE PRIVILAGE

Hi,

I find here a comparison between different ISP's. I know that you can connect to the internet using dial-up and without being logged in as root on each one and you can use what hakeralert teach you.

hackeralert, you should type your response in all capital letters. it makes it seem like you're yelling, and if the op tries CHMOD in the console, its not going to do anything but says the command is not found. commands in linux are case sensitive.
