Recently I move my web servers to different location and change the public IP addresses. Before the move, email.php page work fine with the DNS name of the mail server but after I move the servers and change the IP address the email.php only work if I use the IP address of the mail server. i noticed there were some hard code IP address on the web site which I change. I just want to make sure there is no IP address hard coded in the code in email.php from preventing it to work. Any suggestions. I know email.php call the sendmail but is there any way an IP address get hard coded into the function?

Thank you in advance.

Since there is no single email.php there's no way anyone can know if your email.php contains hard-coded addresses. The best thing you can do is open it up and look at it.

I did but found no hard coded IP address. Have anyone experience this before, I can only use the IP address not the host for the email server.

Thank you
