Error 22

I recently Unistall Ubuntu Linux store on my sencond computer's hard drive, Know that this computer has on the 1st hard drive XP media Center.

Ever since I remove this Linux, everytime I start my PC, I get the following error

GRUB Loading stage1.5.

GRUB loading, please wait...
Error 22

can any of you guys please help me fix this problem,without losing any data from my XP hd

It sounds like you uninstalled the OS but not the boot loader. There are many hits if you search google for that error. Here's one of them.

boot to the windows xp install cd.
the the menu after it loads, hit r to get into the recovery console
choose 1 for which installation of xp you want to repair and enter the administrator user's password if there is one.
you should now be at a prompt that reads:
C:\WINDOWS>
here, enter the following commands:
fixmbr
it will ask if you're sure, enter y
fixboot
again, it will ask if you're sure & enter y
reboot the computer and the problem is gone. :]
