Fedora Core Remote Help

I am a relative newbie when it comes to Linux, I have built a Fedora Core box that I want to have remote access to, mainly so I can play with it when I am on the road. I installed VNC when I installed fedora, but cannot figure out how to set it up so I can access it from a Windows box, any suggestions?
