where can i download a fedora standart install live cd, or can i make one myself, or can i get a cd there only can install a fedora standart?

If your simply looking for an install cd, the ISO's can be found here:
http://fedora.redhat.com/download/

Or if you would rather download via BitTorrent this one:
http://torrent.linux.duke.edu/

However you seem to be asking for a LiveCD, and I don't believe there is a LiveCD for Fedora Core, however there are some that are based one it. For those you'll either have to use Google, or tell us exactly which distribution you want or what your looking for in the LiveCD.

the aforementioned link is a list of several live cd's that you can use. i highly recommend knoppix as it is very user friendly.
