hi every one

am using fedora2
i have problem about terminal

how could i reset the terminal in f2
(only terminal not system)

means to clear the text which i typed prevously

in f4 and suse we have a command like reset

wt about for fedora2

can u please show me the way

Type "clear". That will clear the terminal.

clear this command will do only clear the text, and remains the scrollbar as it is.

i wanna reset the terminal as well as scrollbar

is "reset" the command youve used in other distros to clear the terminal the way you want? and if so, have you tried that in fc2? and is there any particular reason you're using fc2 over any newer version of the distro?

Hello guys,,

you all want to clear screen in termanal.
Don't type clear or reset command just press clt+l it clear the clear screen.
