I have a website and its font is arial, its different from the one on my profile. But when viewing the site through linux, it looks Times Roman or something. Its a serif font. It also does this to my other website. Does linux not have Arial on it?

Depends on the distro (mainly yes.), although the same font will usually look different in different OSs.
