Grub for Gentoo distro

Hy,

I'm trying to install grub for gentoo, but i have no idea on how it works.
I searched for some articles, but i didn't get it that much.

I did the "emerge grub", but now i have to edit it and insert the line for the linux kernel and also for windows. Can anyonw help me with it...i'm totaly new with linux installation and the guide that comes with gentoo dosen't explain about it grub enough.
